One cop was responsible for over 60% of the rounds discharged. That fucker wasn't under fire, and he felt the need to empty <EM>an entire magazine</EM> plus one in the pipe <STRONG>and</STRONG> reload to do it again. I've fired 50 rounds all at once - it's a <EM>tremendous</EM> amount of lead heading down range.<BR/><BR/>If you ask me, you couldn't ask for a better textbook definition of disproportionate response.
